Social media is a large part of the digital marketing landscape and critical to connecting with consumers and clients. Here are a few social media specific projects I’ve created.


social media strategy

Part of my role at ReeceNichols is to oversee the company's social media strategy for all of our channels. The plan requires regular review as the social media landscape changes quickly and often. It’s important to monitor social performance, measure and correct frequently.


social media academy

I created a detailed social media training program to help meet the agent at their skill level and provide the right training at the right time. Within six months of promotion, over 800 agents had enrolled in the program.

The program consisted of different email campaigns. The agent completed a survey sharing how they use social media, and then they are added to the appropriate training program.

The full plan is automated and once complete the agent is awarded a Social Media certification and highlighted in company communication. This program allowed the company to provide one-on-one social media training but puts ownership back on the agent to complete.


weekly social media plan

Consistency is key to growing social media following and using it as a platform to increase business. I created a weekly plan to help agents and brokers stay on track with their posting while following the social media strategy of the company. This handout is part of our new agent training and used anytime someone inquires on social posting.
