social media academy

I created a detailed social media training program to help meet the agent at their skill level and provide the right training at the right time. Within six months of promotion, over 800 agents had enrolled in the program.

The program consisted of different email campaigns. The agent completed a survey sharing how they use social media, and then they are added to the appropriate training program.

The full plan is automated and once complete the agent is awarded a Social Media certification and highlighted in company communication. This program allowed the company to provide one-on-one social media training but puts ownership back on the agent to complete.


project management software

Implemented web-based project management system to track, measure and hold employees accountable to their tasks lists. This system allowed me the ability to quickly review workload and correctly set expectations for those requesting marketing assistance. Additionally, this system helps showcase the value of the marketing team.

company ACQUISITION

This acquisition of Carol Jones, REALTORS with 11 offices and 275 agents in Southern Missouri required months of prep work and on-going communication with key stakeholders.

During the process, many activities took place:

  • Created rebrand marketing campaign

  • Additional media buy to saturate the market

  • Agent communication guide

  • Hosted agent launch party

  • Public relations push with ribbon cuttings at each location

  • In-person and virtual training to educate agents on new resources

  • Update all existing materials to account for more extensive coverage area

  • Educate KC market on expanded reach
